Paul Kelly, Lauren Roberts, and Arturo Huerta bring a wealth of expertise, industry insights, and a proven track record of accomplishments that will play a pivotal role in further strengthening EGIA’s commitment to its mission.
Paul Kelly: As a visionary leader and accomplished entrepreneur in the home services sector, Paul Kelly’s impressive career includes transforming Parker & Sons in Phoenix, AZ, from a small business into a $200+ million contracting company. With unparalleled expertise in business development and strategic growth, Paul has also served as the Southwest Region CEO for the Wrench Group, a leader in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industry. He is an in-demand speaker and the bestselling author of “Tricks of the Trade to Success.”
Lauren Roberts: Lauren Roberts, President, and CEO of cfm Distributors, is an influential figure in the HVAC/R distribution industry, serving six locations across Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa. Throughout her career, Lauren has driven innovation and success, and she is a dedicated advocate for inclusivity and diversity in the industry. Lauren previously served as the President of Women in HVACR, a nonprofit organization empowering women professionals, and she currently holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors of BLUE HAWK and a member of the HARDI Board of Directors.
Arturo Huerta: As the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer of EGIA, Arturo Huerta brings extensive financial acumen and operational expertise to the Board of Directors. With over two decades of finance leadership in the construction & engineering, media & advertising, and manufacturing industries, Arturo has consistently delivered outstanding results and helped companies thrive.
The collective industry knowledge and proven leadership of the new board members further solidify EGIA’s position as the go-to resource for home services contractors, utilities, distributors, and other businesses and individuals in the energy efficiency sector and beyond.
