I want to know how to create a sales presentation for my techs, are there any templates?
Long explained that there are many programs and places that will give the frame work to creating a sales process. “At EGIA, we’ve gone even further. If contractors go through our online in-home selling program, there’s an actual presentation book that you can use right off the shelf.”
Long also said that he’s seen companies take the exact book offered to Contractor University members and have a lot of success implementing that exact process.
“Obviously at EGIA, our mission is to simplify this process for contractors,” said Long. One of the most common pitfalls for contractors, according to Long, is that they’ll take a sales training course and then go and try to create their own presentation book from scratch.
Instead, contractors should use one of the premade templates available to them and customize it to their specific needs. While some contractors may be successful doing this work on their own, they are much more likely to also make some mistakes that would not happen if they used another resource.
