Contractors have been told that service agreements are the lifeblood of a contracting business, benefiting both themselves and their customers. In our recent survey, 98% of contractors indicated that their companies do have service agreement programs that they offer to customers. By providing customers with regular maintenance and repair services, you can ensure that the equipment is working efficiently, differentiate your company from competitors, and build a loyal customer base. With scheduled maintenance on the books, your company can both balance the workload throughout the year and have a dependable stream of revenue regardless of the season.
