When you walk in the home as a service tech, it’s not always just about determining if a unit’s broken. Sometimes a unit seems to be functioning fine, but between carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, allergies, odors and chemicals, everyone in that home is breathing unhealthy air.
In this episode of Cracking the Code, Drew Cameron is talking all about indoor air quality, and why it’s crucial to offer IAQ solutions every time you step in the home. IAQ is quality of life, and there’s no faster way to create a customer for life than by making sure their family is healthy and safe.

00:00:00:01 – 00:00:02:28
On today’s
show you’re going to learn all about air.00:00:02:28 – 00:00:05:28
Looking forward to this one.00:00:09:29 – 00:00:10:10
All right.00:00:10:10 – 00:00:12:05
Well, let’s get going with today’s
show starring Mr.00:00:12:05 – 00:00:15:03
Drew Cameron. He’s
going to talk about everything. Er right.00:00:15:03 – 00:00:16:00
Whatever that means00:00:16:00 – 00:00:19:06
and how we can convey information
regarding er to our homeowners00:00:19:06 – 00:00:21:16
because we are in the air
conditioning business.00:00:21:16 – 00:00:24:16
Take it away, drew.00:00:24:16 – 00:00:26:10
Hi, and welcome back for another episode00:00:26:10 – 00:00:30:16
of Cracking the Code here at Contractor
University, powered by EGA.00:00:30:17 – 00:00:34:00
I am your host, Drew Cameron
with Flow Odyssey, and today00:00:34:00 – 00:00:38:04
I want to talk to you about something
very important to all of us.00:00:38:24 – 00:00:40:16
It’s air. Right.00:00:40:16 – 00:00:45:04
And so I’m going to create a series here
of, cracking the codes00:00:45:11 – 00:00:49:10
that we’re going to build on one another
so that we all understand what air is.00:00:49:10 – 00:00:51:12
And when we’re out there
talking about air, we’re out there,00:00:51:12 – 00:00:51:29
you know, talking about,00:00:52:28 – 00:00:55:29
you know, conditioning air and purifying
air and filtering air00:00:55:29 – 00:01:00:05
and and directing air,
air leakage in houses.00:01:00:12 – 00:01:03:04
And, you know, it’s stuff
it’s it’s important.00:01:03:04 – 00:01:04:22
Right? It’s something that we breathe.00:01:04:22 – 00:01:06:07
It’s something. It sustains our life.00:01:06:07 – 00:01:07:00
It keeps us alive.00:01:07:00 – 00:01:09:07
So but I don’t think that
we truly understand it.00:01:09:07 – 00:01:10:21
And we’re out there talking about it.00:01:10:21 – 00:01:13:17
So these,
this next series of cracking the codes00:01:13:17 – 00:01:16:05
that I’m going to do for
you are going to build on one another.00:01:16:05 – 00:01:17:05
And so,00:01:17:05 – 00:01:19:23
this is air one,
and this is going to be common signs00:01:19:23 – 00:01:21:15
that people are breathing unhealthy air.00:01:21:15 – 00:01:24:12
So let’s dive into the content.
Now I want you to think about this.00:01:24:12 – 00:01:27:20
And and I want you to do this
with your team so that they get this.00:01:27:20 – 00:01:30:05
Close your eyes
and think about every breath you take.00:01:30:05 – 00:01:34:11
In fact, think about every breath
you take taken since you were born, right?00:01:34:18 – 00:01:37:29
And what about every breath that
your loved ones have taken since birth?00:01:38:13 – 00:01:39:25
And breathe deep breathing really00:01:41:01 – 00:01:42:13
take a deep cleansing breath.00:01:42:13 – 00:01:45:13
Breathe it in and consider the following00:01:47:04 – 00:01:50:09
common signs
you’re breathing unhealthy air, right?00:01:50:29 – 00:01:54:14
With every breath we take in a in a house
or in a commercial building,00:01:54:14 – 00:01:57:24
and we obviously are here
focused mostly on the residential side,00:01:57:24 – 00:01:59:29
but this works in the commercial space
as well.00:01:59:29 – 00:02:02:21
We take in, chemicals.00:02:02:21 – 00:02:04:08
It’s, you know, they’re in the air.00:02:04:08 – 00:02:06:08
They happen to be there
because they happen to be00:02:06:08 – 00:02:08:29
coming off of the house
being off gas by the house00:02:08:29 – 00:02:11:29
where they’re stored in the house
as well as temperature.00:02:12:00 – 00:02:15:13
And so the framework that we have here
is based on some infographics00:02:15:13 – 00:02:18:05
that I created,
you know, for a client here.00:02:18:05 – 00:02:21:16
And so when we look at the chemicals
on the left hand side here, we have00:02:22:05 – 00:02:23:06
the chemicals are being caused00:02:23:06 – 00:02:26:13
by household cleaners off
gassing and scented products.00:02:26:17 – 00:02:27:02
Right.00:02:27:02 – 00:02:30:02
Febreeze and the plug ins
and the things like that.00:02:30:02 – 00:02:30:26
And candles00:02:30:26 – 00:02:35:11
that people use to put smells into the air
are actually toxic for the most part.00:02:35:20 – 00:02:37:18
You know, soy
candles are a little bit better.00:02:37:18 – 00:02:41:09
And things that are based
on essential oils exclusively are okay,00:02:41:12 – 00:02:43:07
but anything else is a toxin.00:02:43:07 – 00:02:46:07
And so that’s what’s causing
the chemicals to be airborne,00:02:46:11 – 00:02:49:07
you know, heating, heating and cooling
related issues.00:02:49:07 – 00:02:51:12
There’s a lack of fresh air
and ventilation00:02:51:12 – 00:02:54:05
on the heating and cooling system,
and there’s also00:02:54:05 – 00:02:57:00
insufficient air filtration as well00:02:57:00 – 00:02:58:27
when it comes to the heating
and cooling systems.00:02:58:27 – 00:03:00:13
And so what are some of the health00:03:00:13 – 00:03:04:11
symptoms that are basically
being experienced by the customer,00:03:04:26 – 00:03:08:00
or the person experiencing
and breathing this unhealthy air?00:03:08:00 – 00:03:11:01
Well, they may have respiratory problems,
headaches and nausea.00:03:11:16 – 00:03:13:02
When we look at temperature.00:03:13:02 – 00:03:15:29
Temperature could be impacting indoor
air quality right?00:03:15:29 – 00:03:20:12
Caused by inadequate insulation, poor air
sealing and insufficient windows, or,00:03:20:17 – 00:03:24:10
you know, just leaky windows
or just really old windows that, you know,00:03:24:14 – 00:03:27:14
do not allow for the comfort,00:03:27:14 – 00:03:30:14
the temperature
and comfort to be, adequate in the space.00:03:30:18 – 00:03:32:27
And what are the issues related to that?00:03:32:27 – 00:03:34:17
Well, it’s a poor thermostat location.00:03:34:17 – 00:03:37:17
In some cases, it’s imbalanced
or properly installed.00:03:37:21 – 00:03:41:00
Were bad ductwork inadequate
or improperly sized equipment.00:03:41:12 – 00:03:43:01
And then we have also health symptoms.00:03:43:01 – 00:03:44:27
And the health systems
are going to show up in the customer00:03:44:27 – 00:03:47:27
and are going to manifest into again
into their life.00:03:48:03 – 00:03:51:24
And so we’re talking about skin
irritation, an increased risk of illness.00:03:51:24 – 00:03:53:08
Now, you know,00:03:53:08 – 00:03:54:17
obviously
when we’re looking at the graphic,00:03:54:17 – 00:03:57:21
I understand that some of these issues
may even be a little bit00:03:57:21 – 00:04:01:03
more pervasive than the health symptoms
that I’m sharing with you.00:04:01:09 – 00:04:03:18
But again,
I’m just trying to give you an idea,00:04:03:18 – 00:04:06:18
but also trying to help
you give an idea to a customer.00:04:06:19 – 00:04:06:26
Right?00:04:06:26 – 00:04:09:21
So this is not just so that,
you know, this, this is so00:04:09:21 – 00:04:13:11
that you and your people know this
and you can help relay to a customer.00:04:13:19 – 00:04:15:12
Otherwise you’re just selling things.00:04:15:12 – 00:04:16:27
And people don’t want things.00:04:16:27 – 00:04:20:07
People want problems
resolved life impacts and experiences.00:04:21:05 – 00:04:22:29
They don’t want the things
that we have to sell.00:04:22:29 – 00:04:25:22
They want the results and the outcomes
of the things that we have to sell.00:04:25:22 – 00:04:28:29
But if they’re not aware of the problem
that exists in their house,00:04:28:29 – 00:04:31:23
and what is the symptom
and the root cause of the problem,00:04:31:23 – 00:04:34:25
how are they going to buy a remedy
or a solution for it?00:04:34:25 – 00:04:37:04
And so that’s kind of the idea here.00:04:37:04 – 00:04:41:22
The other thing we come into is we have
carbon dioxide not carbon monoxide.00:04:41:22 – 00:04:42:21
Carbon dioxide.00:04:42:21 – 00:04:45:12
We exhale we exhale carbon dioxide.00:04:45:12 – 00:04:48:16
So the problem is,
is it’s caused by tightly sealed houses.00:04:48:16 – 00:04:50:24
In some cases
the building envelopes are very tight.00:04:50:24 – 00:04:52:02
The house is not breathing.00:04:52:02 – 00:04:54:21
And while the house is I’d say
house is a good house.00:04:54:21 – 00:04:56:17
In some cases it does need fresh air.00:04:57:18 – 00:05:00:17
People exhaling as well as combustion.00:05:00:17 – 00:05:04:11
Carbon dioxide is one of the byproducts,
as is carbon monoxide,00:05:04:18 – 00:05:07:22
one of the byproducts of combustion
when it comes to heating and cooling.00:05:08:10 – 00:05:09:02
Related issues.00:05:09:02 – 00:05:11:03
It’s a lack of fresh air and ventilation.00:05:11:03 – 00:05:14:12
The Hvac equipment needs repair
or replacement in many cases,00:05:14:19 – 00:05:16:23
and where the health health
symptoms are going to show up00:05:16:23 – 00:05:19:23
in the customer’s life, it’s
going to be dizziness, headaches, nausea.00:05:19:28 – 00:05:24:12
A lack of good oxygen
is going to suffocate us to some extent.00:05:25:01 – 00:05:27:29
It actually harms our brains, brain cells.00:05:27:29 – 00:05:31:14
And so when you take out an air
advice device and you plug it in00:05:31:14 – 00:05:34:14
and you run a test in the house
and you can test for carbon dioxide,00:05:34:22 – 00:05:37:11
you will see
a lot of houses have high levels,00:05:37:11 – 00:05:39:19
dangerous levels of carbon dioxide.00:05:39:19 – 00:05:41:18
And the customer base reports
that they have a lack00:05:41:18 – 00:05:44:23
of energy or lethargic,
or they have brain fog to some extent.00:05:44:23 – 00:05:48:15
And that’s usually the case for carbon
dioxide00:05:48:22 – 00:05:52:00
humidity, high humidity
and low humidity can cause problems.00:05:52:00 – 00:05:56:06
But let’s talking in terms of high
humidity, standing water, leaky pipes,00:05:56:14 – 00:06:00:01
we’re poor air sealing allow humidity
in to infiltrate the house.00:06:00:01 – 00:06:03:13
When it comes to the heating and cooling
related issues, it could be inadequate.00:06:03:13 – 00:06:05:14
Dehumidification or dehumidification.00:06:05:14 – 00:06:07:12
Again, too much, too little.00:06:07:12 – 00:06:09:27
Again,
there’s, issues associated with both,00:06:11:00 – 00:06:13:00
viruses bacteria, fungus,00:06:13:00 – 00:06:17:01
allergic rhinitis
and and other issues that irritate people.00:06:17:01 – 00:06:21:00
Poor ventilation, improperly size
or malfunctioning Hvac equipment.00:06:21:06 – 00:06:24:13
And these health symptoms manifest
first in the customer’s lives.00:06:24:19 – 00:06:28:12
It’s increased risk of illness
because, poor indoor00:06:28:12 – 00:06:31:24
air quality, is responsible
for either 50%,00:06:32:29 – 00:06:35:04
responsible for 50% of all illness.00:06:35:04 – 00:06:37:04
It either causes it or aggravates it.00:06:37:04 – 00:06:39:05
According
to the American lung Association.00:06:39:05 – 00:06:42:18
And therefore it also can,
result in respiratory problems for people.00:06:42:18 – 00:06:44:09
Now, if they have these issues00:06:44:09 – 00:06:48:10
already, it’s just going to exacerbate
or irritate those, those issues.00:06:48:17 – 00:06:52:18
Carbon monoxide, again, comes
as a result of combustion.00:06:52:24 – 00:06:55:20
Just because you have a crack in the heat
exchanger or an old furnace doesn’t mean00:06:55:20 – 00:06:58:21
you have, carbon monoxide
leaking into the space.00:06:59:00 – 00:07:00:27
There’s the potentiality of that.00:07:00:27 – 00:07:03:14
If carbon monoxide is being generated,
but a crack in the heat00:07:03:14 – 00:07:07:13
exchanger does not always result
in carbon monoxide, being created,00:07:07:19 – 00:07:09:24
you would have to have carbon
dioxide being created,00:07:09:24 – 00:07:12:24
then have the breach in the heat exchanger
for that to leak into the space.00:07:12:28 – 00:07:16:19
But what if you had an attached garage
and people start up their car00:07:16:19 – 00:07:19:27
in the morning, or leave the car running
when they pull it in or something00:07:19:27 – 00:07:20:11
like that?00:07:20:11 – 00:07:25:11
And again, if you live in a busy city
area, surrounded by a lot of heavy00:07:25:11 – 00:07:29:09
traffic, you get that smog coming in
from factories as well as from vehicles.00:07:29:16 – 00:07:32:12
Some of the heating and cooling
related issues are,00:07:32:12 – 00:07:36:03
again, that crack in that furnace heat
exchanger, a leaky chimney or vent.00:07:36:17 – 00:07:37:09
Venting of a,00:07:38:10 – 00:07:39:05
appliance such as a00:07:39:05 – 00:07:42:05
water heater or a furnace or,00:07:42:05 – 00:07:45:05
a dryer or a stove,00:07:45:10 – 00:07:47:01
an inadequate exhaust.00:07:47:01 – 00:07:49:12
You don’t have,
you know, proper exhaust within the house.00:07:49:12 – 00:07:51:27
And how does this manifest
into the customer’s lives?00:07:51:27 – 00:07:52:08
You’re going to have00:07:52:08 – 00:07:55:16
dizziness, headaches and, weakness in the
in the person’s body.00:07:56:03 – 00:08:00:16
Again, you know, the suffocating,
if you will, the cells within the body.00:08:01:00 – 00:08:05:09
And then lastly, allergies, allergies
caused by excessive moisture,00:08:05:10 – 00:08:08:10
mold and mildew, pollen and,00:08:08:14 – 00:08:11:14
chemical irritants that are,
you know, that are airborne in the house.00:08:12:03 – 00:08:14:11
The heating and cooling
related issues are inadequate.00:08:14:11 – 00:08:18:20
The modification poor ventilation
and insufficient, air filtration00:08:19:02 – 00:08:22:07
and the health symptoms
that manifest them to the customers00:08:22:07 – 00:08:26:09
lives are going to be irritation, skin
irritation and respiratory problems there.00:08:26:18 – 00:08:29:26
So again, as you can see here,
we have the cause.00:08:29:26 – 00:08:32:25
We have the issues related specifically
to the heating and cooling equipment.00:08:32:25 – 00:08:34:11
And we have the health symptom00:08:34:11 – 00:08:37:06
related to the unhealthy air
that people are breathing.00:08:37:06 – 00:08:40:29
Well, we realize that
because we understand that there are00:08:40:29 – 00:08:45:01
four elements when it comes to air quality
that are impacting humans.00:08:45:13 – 00:08:45:21
Right.00:08:45:21 – 00:08:47:08
And so the graphic on the left00:08:47:08 – 00:08:50:26
looks at the various elements
that are impacting the effects.00:08:51:03 – 00:08:54:14
You know, what are the you know,
what are the components of that element,00:08:54:14 – 00:08:57:14
if you will, and then the effects on the,
on the people.00:08:57:19 – 00:08:58:25
And so for time purposes,00:08:59:28 – 00:09:00:18
you know, I’m not going to00:09:00:18 – 00:09:03:18
dive through all of the detail of this,
but I kind of give you the overview00:09:03:19 – 00:09:04:12
view of this.00:09:04:12 – 00:09:07:12
And these are in somewhat
of a prioritized order here.00:09:08:01 – 00:09:08:12
Right.00:09:08:12 – 00:09:10:10
So element
one is the one that we tend to deal00:09:10:10 – 00:09:13:20
with first and foremost,
because we have filtration, there.00:09:13:20 – 00:09:15:06
And that’s dirt dust and pollen.00:09:15:06 – 00:09:19:02
And so again
that’s allergens and particulates00:09:19:02 – 00:09:22:02
that are airborne, as you can see,
listed in the inner circle,00:09:22:14 – 00:09:25:14
of the of the, of the bigger,
the biggest circle there,00:09:25:21 – 00:09:28:25
you can see what those elements are,
but those allergens and particulates00:09:28:25 – 00:09:33:18
then have effects on the human
in the smaller outer circle, if you will.00:09:33:27 – 00:09:34:06
Right.00:09:34:06 – 00:09:37:20
And so runny nose, cough, sneezing,
you know, sore throats, you know,00:09:38:12 – 00:09:40:22
itchy eyes, so forth and so on00:09:40:22 – 00:09:44:29
and so element two is where germs,
bacteria and viruses come into play.00:09:45:09 – 00:09:49:00
And so, that’s, you know,
kind of the common cold pneumonia,00:09:50:11 – 00:09:51:11
streptococcus.00:09:51:11 – 00:09:53:28
We, you know, results in strep throat,
so forth and so on.00:09:53:28 – 00:09:56:05
And of course, Covid, right.00:09:56:05 – 00:09:59:05
And the flu or any other,00:09:59:15 – 00:10:02:18
airborne illness and the disease,
bacteria, things like that.00:10:03:06 – 00:10:07:05
And the effects obviously
are going to be significant on people.00:10:07:05 – 00:10:10:22
And some of them are obviously even life
threatening in some cases here.00:10:11:01 – 00:10:14:01
So we want to deal with those
to the best of our ability.00:10:14:15 – 00:10:17:28
And three is known as while
to organic compounds00:10:17:28 – 00:10:21:04
and chemicals
and toxic gases and odors there.00:10:21:08 – 00:10:25:09
And so those compounds could be, things
that are off gassing from the house00:10:25:09 – 00:10:26:08
itself, things that were00:10:26:08 – 00:10:29:08
brought into the house, chemicals
that are being stored there,00:10:30:01 – 00:10:32:04
you know,
or things that are being generated00:10:32:04 – 00:10:35:06
within the house,
you know, certain lighting and, computers.00:10:35:12 – 00:10:38:12
And when I create off
gassing into the, into the spaces,00:10:39:19 – 00:10:42:03
but things
are also designed to mask odors,00:10:42:03 – 00:10:44:09
such as, things
I talked about a little bit earlier,00:10:44:09 – 00:10:48:03
like febreeze and plug ins and candles
and, and other things.00:10:48:06 – 00:10:50:11
Those are toxic as well.00:10:50:11 – 00:10:53:20
And those result in brain
fog and memory lapse and,00:10:54:09 – 00:10:56:22
even depression in some cases
and lung irritation.00:10:56:22 – 00:11:00:25
And so you can see that and in the outer
circle of the effects there and then,00:11:01:09 – 00:11:05:12
yes, heating, cooling, humidification,
dehumidification do have an impact.00:11:05:12 – 00:11:06:16
That’s element four.00:11:06:16 – 00:11:09:25
So, humidity control, moisture
control, temperature control there.00:11:10:06 – 00:11:12:25
And we have to take it,
take care into consideration.00:11:12:25 – 00:11:14:24
Take that into consideration if you will.00:11:14:24 – 00:11:18:07
That’s ultimately going to be the comfort
or discomfort, amongst the people00:11:18:07 – 00:11:21:06
living in this space there
and, and results.00:11:21:06 – 00:11:25:03
And like I say, you know, the ability
of controlling the system00:11:25:03 – 00:11:26:21
to get the level of comfort
that they want,00:11:26:21 – 00:11:29:15
but also to get the level of health
that they want,00:11:29:15 – 00:11:32:13
because ultimately that results
in the effects in the outermost circle,00:11:32:13 – 00:11:33:04
which is again,00:11:33:04 – 00:11:37:03
hot spots, cold spots, asthma issues,
sleep issues and things like that.00:11:37:12 – 00:11:40:19
You know, maybe they you know,
I think those things are not,00:11:41:00 – 00:11:42:24
taken into consideration when it results.00:11:42:24 – 00:11:43:19
You know, it comes to health.00:11:43:19 – 00:11:48:24
I, you know, I think we kind of dismiss
how, you know, comfort impacts health,00:11:49:02 – 00:11:52:06
but sleep is basically where our body,00:11:52:18 – 00:11:56:18
you know, repairs itself and regenerates
itself and flushes out the toxins00:11:56:18 – 00:11:59:18
and allows the lymph system
to cleanse itself.00:11:59:19 – 00:12:03:03
If you think in terms of your system
being a bucket, it fills up all day00:12:03:07 – 00:12:04:25
and then you sneeze or you have an issue.00:12:04:25 – 00:12:07:13
And one of these issues
listed in the effects on the human00:12:07:13 – 00:12:11:03
there is your bucket system,
your lymph system, your immune system00:12:11:03 – 00:12:15:06
being over flooded
with with toxins at some level.00:12:15:15 – 00:12:18:00
And so your body needs to heal itself.00:12:18:00 – 00:12:19:23
And so while you think
you don’t need sleep00:12:19:23 – 00:12:22:15
because you can function on four hours
sleep and you’re just a00:12:22:15 – 00:12:26:04
a type A, you know, dynamo, no,
your body needs it to,00:12:26:04 – 00:12:29:04
you know, to regenerate itself
and purify itself.00:12:29:04 – 00:12:32:21
Otherwise things manifest in your health
and you dismiss them.00:12:32:21 – 00:12:36:06
And reality is, is that you don’t realize
it has something to do with,00:12:36:17 – 00:12:38:11
you know, the comfort system in your house
or the indoor00:12:38:11 – 00:12:40:27
air quality system in your house,
or the lack thereof.00:12:40:27 – 00:12:43:27
So as you can see on that graphic, the00:12:43:27 – 00:12:48:05
the effects of, indoor air quality,
if you look to the graphic to the right,00:12:48:13 – 00:12:52:08
the effects of the poor indoor
air quality on the human are very specific00:12:52:25 – 00:12:54:06
dizziness, headaches, watery00:12:54:06 – 00:12:58:07
eyes, redness in the eyes, not nausea,
vomiting, coughing, throat00:12:58:07 – 00:13:02:03
irritation, dry nose, skin and throat,
nosebleeds, so forth and so on.00:13:02:12 – 00:13:04:23
All kinds of irritants
that show up in our lives.00:13:04:23 – 00:13:08:29
If you really think about it, indoor
air quality equals indoor00:13:08:29 – 00:13:10:04
environmental quality.00:13:10:04 – 00:13:13:12
We need taken to consideration
both graphics,00:13:13:12 – 00:13:17:12
and if you take that into consideration
and both of those together00:13:17:20 – 00:13:20:20
equally, the quality of life
that the people will have,00:13:20:24 – 00:13:24:02
and that’s what it is that we should be
focus on, is the quality of life00:13:24:02 – 00:13:27:29
that they’ve had when we meet them, okay,
and the quality of life that they deserve00:13:27:29 – 00:13:29:16
and that they desire.00:13:29:16 – 00:13:30:29
And how can we impact that now?00:13:30:29 – 00:13:32:29
You might not be able to do it
all in one shot.00:13:32:29 – 00:13:36:06
You might have to think about building
the perfect home environment over time.00:13:36:21 – 00:13:39:25
Okay, maybe you start out
with duct cleaning and then duct ceiling00:13:40:00 – 00:13:42:24
and then air filtration
and then humidification00:13:42:24 – 00:13:46:14
and maybe a central dehumidifier,
or maybe the ultimate at the end,00:13:47:00 – 00:13:49:27
you bring in, fresh air with an air RV,00:13:49:27 – 00:13:52:27
and we’ll talk about treatments
in a subsequent episode.00:13:53:04 – 00:13:56:16
But I wanted to kind of set the table up
so that you understand00:13:57:08 – 00:13:59:07
the severity of the issues
that are out there.00:13:59:07 – 00:14:01:26
Now, we’re going to build on this
in the next episode.00:14:01:26 – 00:14:03:27
But in the meantime,
if you have any questions about this00:14:03:27 – 00:14:06:25
or any other topic
that we talk about here, cracking the code00:14:06:25 – 00:14:09:07
